Our Quality Cycle

Language in Vision English At Liv English, the Plan-Do-Check-Act/Continue order is followed in order to realize continuous improvement in English language education according to the Deming cycle, which is the European standard, and our structure in our education system is organized around these 4 stages that constitute a continuous quality cycle.

In the planning, implementation and control phases, a response is made to the self-assessment indicator and statements.

The entire cycle is followed or only the optimal phase is focused. Realizing the whole cycle starts with Planning.

• Before You Begin: Collaborate with colleagues according to the list of all indicators used in the online version of the quality assurance matrix for the use of the CEFR.
• Results: The results after each stage and the general results are checked and recorded again at the end of the stage.

Our quality cycle at Liv English: Reflecting the Deming Cycle, our quality cycle includes a four-step process for continuous improvement of quality: PLAN, IMPLEMENT, CHECK and ACT.
