Traditional Four Language Skills Training Model Language Skills Assessment Concept:

Until 2001, the concept of evaluating the language skills of the Traditional Four Language Skills Training Model was applied in the descriptors and assessment standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages – CEFR, which is used to define and evaluate the listening, speaking, reading and writing language skills of trainees in language trainings around the world .

Today, the Traditional Four Language Skills Training Model is no longer suitable for any purpose or macrofunction assessment, as it is no longer considered the goal to take the "perfect native speaker" as the ultimate model and achieve "mastery" in one or two or even three languages independently of each other.

However, this model, which is not applied in Liv English throughout the world and in Vision English, continues to be applied in most of the foreign language courses in our country.

Communicative language activities, which were reorganized in 2001, are based on the action-oriented philosophy and are close to real-life language use based on interaction in which meaning is built together
