Assessing English Language Development

Language English in Vision At Liv English, in order to measure, record and report on the level of success of trainees in language education, in relation to specific learning expectations:

  • At the end of each theme,
  • At the end of the first semester,
  • At the end of the level training

In order to evaluate learning, an evaluation is made with the "Directive and Give-Do" application for children aged 5-7 years. For children aged 7 and over and adults, written and oral exams are applied.

Continuous Evaluation:
Language in Vision English In order to improve the language learning of the trainee, observation is made regarding knowledge, skills and attitudes, the data obtained are documented and a systematic process is followed for the use of this data.

Evaluation at the End of the Course Program (Final Evaluation): At the end of the course at Liv English, the English education received by the trainee is evaluated according to the CEFR descriptive and assessment standards.

Learning outcomes are derived directly from the study of trainees' work, up to and including the assessment of achievement, as well as targeted language, communication and interaction skills are assessed through written and oral exams.

English in the Vision is in Liv English;

At the end of the English language training given to children aged 5-6, an evaluation is made with the application of "Directive and Give-Do" and the teacher of the course and the head of the group decide together whether the child is successful or not.

At the end of the English language training for children over the age of 7 and adults, the final evaluation is made with written and oral exams in which listening, reading, writing and speaking, communication skills are measured and it is decided whether the trainee is successful or not.
